XH-M602 Digital Control Battery Lithium Battery Charging Control Module

This module allows for automatic control of the charger while charging 0-120V batteries of any type Li-Po, Li-Fe, Li-Ion, gel, etc.

When the battery voltage falls below the specified level, the module will activate the charger. Once the battery is charged to the desired voltage, the charger will turn off automatically, protecting the battery from overcharging. This remarkably simple device will help maintain the battery's condition for many years. The minimum voltage can be set anywhere from 0.0V to a maximum of 120V. To change the ranges, just hold down the left button for the minimum or the right button for the maximum.

Specification:

  • Supply voltage: 220V
  • Working voltage: 0-120V
  • Voltage tolerance: +/- 0.1V
  • For batteries: 0-120V
  • Dimensions: 59x87x29mm
  • Weight: 120g

The 220V AC power supply is transformed into 12V DC power through an enclosed transformer, which then powers the main board. One output is sent to the charger via a relay, while the other connects directly to the charger. After setting the terminal voltage, the main board controls one of the charger wires to manage the charger’s on/off operation. For instance, as an example when charging a 48V battery (with a recommended voltage range of 54-58V), the initial voltage should be set to 45V, as this is the point where the four batteries will discharge below 48V during normal use. The cutoff voltage is set at 56V, allowing the detection box to monitor the voltage. When the battery voltage exceeds 56V, the relay will disconnect the charger, removing the need for manual unplugging. This automatic power-off feature not only conserves energy but also extends the lifespan of the charger.
