The SKYRC B6 mini is a high-performance, microprocessor-controlled charge and discharge station. As an upgraded version of the well-known IMAX B6, it offers increased accuracy and stability alongside new features like PC control and firmware upgrade capabilities. It supports a maximum 6A charge current and 60W charge power. Designed for versatility, it is suitable for all current battery types, featuring an integral equalizer for six-cell Lithium-Polymer (LiPo), Lithium iron phosphate (LiFe), Lithium-Ion (LiIon), and LiHV batteries. The unit also functions as a Lithium Battery Meter and Battery Internal Resistance Meter.

Operating Instructions / How to Use

1. Connect Power: Connect the B6 mini to an 11-18V DC power source or a high-quality AC adapter.
2. Attach Charge Leads: Always connect the charge cable to the charger first to avoid short circuits. After the cable is secured to the charger, connect it to the battery.
3. Connect Balance Wire: For Lithium batteries, attach the balance wire to the balance socket on the charger, ensuring the black wire is aligned with the negative marking.
4. Set Parameters: Press the BATT/PROG button to select the battery program, choose the desired operation mode, and use the INC/DEC buttons to set the target voltage and current. Press START/ENTER to confirm your values.
5. Start Charging: Press and hold the START/ENTER button for 3 seconds to initiate the process. Verify that the cell count detected by the charger matches your setting, and press START/ENTER again to confirm and start charging.

Safety Notes & Warnings

• Never leave the charger unattended when it is connected to its power supply.
• Always place the charger and battery on a heat-resistant, non-inflammable, and nonconductive surface.
• Ensure you have selected the appropriate program and adequate current for the specific battery type being charged.
• Never attempt to charge a faulty or damaged battery, or a battery pack containing different types of cells.
• Do not connect more than one battery to the balance ports simultaneously.
