This top-view leaded photodiode boasts rapid response (~20–100 ns), broad spectral sensitivity (430–1100 nm, peak ~900 nm), and a generous 7.5 mm² active area. With low dark current (~2 nA), high reverse voltage tolerance (60 V), and a wide ±65° angle of half sensitivity, the BPW34 is engineered for fast and reliable light detection—ideal for optical communication, IR sensing, robotics, and industrial control applications.
