How It Works
  • The module senses the total pack voltage and lights LEDs according to thresholds that correspond to approximate state-of-charge levels of each cell.
  • As voltage increases, more LED segments light up to indicate higher charge.
  • Example (Typical behavior — may vary by board calibration):
    • 1 LED: Low battery (~3.3–3.6 V/cell)
    • 2 LEDs: ~4.0 V/cell
    • 3 LEDs: ~4.1 V/cell
    • 4 LEDs: ~4.2 V/cell (Fully charged)
    • Note: The MH-DL18S does not balance cells — it only indicates voltage level across the entire pack.
