- Power and other special function pins are provided (5X GND, 2X VCC, AVCC, REF, PEN, and Reset)
- AVCC is generated using an LC filter for powering analog circuits
- Oscillator frequency: 16MHz
- SMD green LED for power indication
- Reset switch
- Standard 10-pin IDC connector for programming as well as a simplified 6-pin header
