Technical Information

100 MHz Analog Bandwidth

The DS1104Z Plus provides a 100 MHz analog bandwidth across its four analog input channels, allowing users to capture and analyze a wide range of electronic signals.

Four Analog Input Channels

The oscilloscope features four independent analog channels, allowing users to monitor multiple signals simultaneously and compare their timing, amplitude, and waveform behavior.

16 Digital Channels – MSO Upgrade

The DS1104Z Plus supports an optional upgrade to 16 digital channels using the RIGOL RPL1116 logic analyzer probe. This upgrade enables mixed-signal analysis, allowing users to observe and analyze analog and digital signals together.

The 16 digital channels are not included as standard analog inputs and require the appropriate MSO upgrade option.

UltraVision Waveform Acquisition

RIGOL's UltraVision technology provides a maximum waveform capture rate of 30,000 wfms/s in dots display mode, helping users capture waveform changes and intermittent signal events.

The oscilloscope also supports hardware real-time waveform recording and playback of up to 60,000 frames for detailed waveform analysis.

Vertical Resolution and High Resolution Mode

The standard analog vertical resolution is 8 bits. The oscilloscope also supports a High Resolution acquisition mode with up to 12-bit resolution under suitable acquisition conditions.
